RETURNS
Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, or paid by us unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. All applicable promotions, offers, discounts, and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and deducted from the amount of refunds or credits. RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. Opened or used products will not be accepted.
PRIVACY
The privacy and security of your personal information is our priority. Circle Time Fun Shop is committed to protecting your privacy and will never disclose your personal details to anybody. We use the information you provide to complete orders, keep you informed of the progress of your order & to send you further information. If you register your e-mail with us for our newsletter or for new product updates, your e-mail address will never be passed on to third parties.

SHIPPING
Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FEDEx but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not replaced by us.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK is provided voluntarily, and as such it is based on individual’s point of view based on a particular product.
